15 μg of biotinylated cRNA targets were fragmented and hybridized to GeneChip® array during the overnight incubation at 45oC in rotating hybridization oven.

After staining the arrays were scanned using Affymetrix GeneChip® Scanner with the laser filter set at 570 nm, pixel size 2.5 μm.
