Extraction protocol |
Total RNA was extracted using RNA-STAT-60 (Tel-test, #Cs-112). The GeneChip Expression 3'-Amplification Reagents One-Cycle cDNA Synthesis Kit (P/N 900431) was used subsequently to generate cDNA from the total RNA. The cDNA was used for in vitro transcription to form complementary RNA (cRNA), which was then labeled with biotin.

Description |
After biotin-labeling, the GeneChip Sample Cleanup Module was used to prepare the biotinylated cRNA for hybridization. Following the standard protocol, the biotinylated cRNA was also fragmented prior to hybridization.
