Sample GSM1842199 Query DataSets for GSM1842199
Status Public on Apr 29, 2016
Title control_12 hours, Donor 3
Sample type RNA

Source name peripheral blood monocyte-derived macrophages
Organism Homo sapiens
Characteristics tissue: peripheral blood
cell type: monocyte-derived macrophages
cell surface marker: CD14+
Treatment protocol Human peripheral blood-derived CD14+ monocytes were exposed to IL-4 for 12 or 72 hours.
Growth protocol CD14+ monocytes were separated from human peripheral blood and plated in 6-well cell culture plate (2 million cell/well).
Extracted molecule total RNA
Extraction protocol Trizol extraction of total RNA was performed according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Label biotin
Label protocol Total RNA samples were labeled by using FlashTag™ Biotin HSR RNA Labeling Kit according to manufacturer's protocol.

Hybridization protocol Samples were hybridized at 45 degrees Celsius for 16 hours and then standard washing protocol was performed using GeneChip Fluidics Station 450 (Affymetrix).
Scan protocol Arrays were scanned on GeneChip Scanner 7G (Affymetrix), Affymetrix GeneChip Command Console (AGCC) was used to obtain image files.
Description 42A
small RNA expression of peripheral blood monocyte-derived macrophages
Data processing CEL files were processed by Affymetrix miRNA QCtool software. Downstream data analysis was performed in GeneSpring GX12 software.
