Treatment protocol |
Differentiating myocytes were either treated with 4-OH tamoxifen (diluted in ethanol) to induce recombination of beta-catenin gene or with ethanol alone for control cells.

Growth protocol |
Cells were grown in Ham F10 media with 20%FBS and 2ng/ml bFGF for 5 passage. Differentiation was induced by serum removal and 24hours of culture in DMEM with 2% HS.

Following fragmentation, 10 ug of cDNA were hybridized for 16 hr at 45C on GeneChip Mouse Gene from Affymetrix GeneChips were washed and stained in the Affymetrix Fluidics Station 450.

the data were RMA normalized and analysed with Partek Genomic Suit
