Title |
T2 CD2-CD30L peripheral lymph node |
Sample type |
RNA |
Source name |
Peripheral lymph node, CD30L transgenic mouse # 2
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Characteristics |
Gender: Female, Age: 12 weeks, Strain: C57BL/6
Extracted molecule |
total RNA |
Extraction protocol |
Total RNA was isolated from each tissue using the Rneasy Total RNA Isolation kit (Qiagen, Valencia, CA).
Label |
biotin
Label protocol |
5 μg total RNA was labeled with biotin according to standard protocols (affymetrix, Santa Clara, CA).
Hybridization protocol |
10 μg biotinylated cRNA was hybridized to mouse Affymetrix U430 2.0 chips. Hybridized chips were stained and washed on an Affymetrix FS400 fluidics station using the Affymetrix antibody amplification protocol.
Scan protocol |
Chips were scanned using an Affymetrix Gene Array 2500 Scanner.
Description |
Transgenic mice were generated with constitutive T cellspecific overexpression of CD30L as a tool to help unravel the consequences of CD30/CD30L interactions in vivo.
Data processing |
The Rosetta Resolver System 5.1 (Rosetta Biosoftware, Seattle, Washington) was used for data normalization and analysis.
