Status Public on Apr 13, 2004
Title 95b Troglitazone_2
Sample type RNA

Source name human primary trophoblast
Organism Homo sapiens
Extracted molecule total RNA

Description Primary cultures of human trophoblasts were established from normal, term placenta. Cells were treated five hours after plating. This sample was treated with 10 uM Troglitazone . RNA was extracted after 48 hours of treatment using Tri-reagent. Each sample was pooled from three individual placentas prior to target generation.
