Data processing |
The raw data were processed using Bioconductor htqpcr package, and normalized using Delta-CT with RNU44 and U6, followed by quantile normalization. MicroRNAs absent in more than 25% of samples were discarded. Data were processed using the OpenArray Real-Time qPCR Analysis software and exported for analysis using the Applied Biosystems DataAssist Software
