Sample GSM226750 Query DataSets for GSM226750
Status Public on Mar 02, 2011
Title Human native liver_1 week posttransplantation of auxiliary liver
Sample type RNA

Source name Human native liver, 1 week posttransplantation of auxiliary liver
Organism Homo sapiens
Characteristics Female, 64 years, in combined liver-kidney transplantation
Extracted molecule total RNA
Extraction protocol Qiagen RNeasy Mini kit for total RNA purification according to manufacturers instructions.
Label DIG-dUTP
Label protocol 500ng of total RNA from each sample was reversely transcribed, amplified and DIG-labelled (DIG-dUTP; Roche, Germany), using the Applied Biosystems Chemiluminescent RT-IVT Labeling Kit.

Hybridization protocol Fifteen μg of DIG-labelled cRNA was hybridised to the Applied Biosystems Human
Genome Survey Microarray v.2.0 according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
Scan protocol The chemiluminescent signal detection, image acquisition and image analysis
of the microarrays were performed on the Applied Biosystems 1700 Chemiluminescent
Microarray Analyzer.
Description Human native liver 1 week posttransplantation of auxiliary liver.
Data processing Images were auto-gridded and the chemiluminescent signals were quantified, corrected for background, and finally, spot- and spatially-normalized using the Applied Biosystems 1700 Chemiluminescent Microarray Analyzer software.

Data table header descriptions
ID_REF
SIGNAL/NOISE Signal-to-noise ratio. Used for probe detectability. A probe with S/N >=3 is generally considered detected. This threshold can be changed for a given experiment.
FLAGS Quality flag of the featured spot. Values under 100 are considered valid quantification. Values in the range 100–1000000 have quality issues.
VALUE Assay normalised signal with flagged values removed
UNF_VALUE Assay normalised signal. The median of all valid probe signals in the same image area.
