Treatment protocol |
GFP+ leukemia cells were isolated from leukemia mice and transplanted into 6-8 weeks old C57BL/6J mice (1×10e6 cells/mouse) without irradiation. All mice suffered AML with a survival time of 35 to 40 days. DNAM-1+ and DNAM-1- NK cells were sorted from spleen of leukemia mice at 0d and 17d.

Sorted DNAM-1+ and DNAM-1- NK cells were harvested and resuspended in 350ul RLT and 3.5ul β-Me. Total RNA was exacted by QIAGEN RNeasy Mini Kit (CAT 74103). 1 ug of total RNA for the construction of sequencing libraries. RNA libraries were prepared for sequencing using standard BGISEQ-500 protocols.

Data processing |
Base calling was done by BGISEQ-500. Read pairs with low quality in either read were filtered out (10% bases with N or 50% bases with Q5). Alignment was performed against RefSeq by bowtie2 (version 2.2.5). FPKM values of each gene for each sample were measured via RSEM (version v1.2.12). Genome_build: RefSeq Supplementary_files_format_and_content: *txt: Tab-delimited text files include FPKMs.
