CD62L low CD4+ T cells_intermediate responder
Organism |
Homo sapiens |
Characteristics |
subject id: ICI-17 response to nivolumab treatment: intermediate responder cell: CD62L low CD4+ T cells
Extracted molecule |
total RNA |
Extraction protocol |
Trizol extraction of total RNA was performed according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Label |
biotin
Label protocol |
Biotinylated ssDNA were prepared according to the standard Affymetrix protocol from 0.5 ug total RNA (GeneChipā¢ WT PLUS Reagent Kit Manual, Affymetrix).
Hybridization protocol |
Following fragmentation, 1.8 ug of ssDNA were hybridized for 16 hr at 45C on GeneChip Drosophila Genome Array. GeneChips were washed and stained in the Affymetrix Fluidics Station 450.
Scan protocol |
GeneChips were scanned using the Hewlett-Packard GeneArray Scanner Scanner 3000 7G.
Description |
IR_CD62L_low_CD4+_1
Data processing |
The data were analyzed with Expression Consoleā¢ Software 1.4 using Affymetrix default analysis settings and global scaling as normalization method.
