Endothelial cells (ECs) and Satellite cells (SCs) were isolated by FACS as CD45-Sca1+CD34+CD31+ and as CD45-Sca1-CD34+/loCD31-alpha7integrin+, respectively.

Growth protocol |
Tibialis Anterior mouse muscle was injured with cardiotoxin and muscles were recovered before (day0) and days 2, 4, 8 post-injury. Muscles were minced, enzymatically digested.

Biotinylated cDNA were prepared according to the standard Nugen Ovation PicoV2 protocol from 750 pg total RNA.

Following fragmentation, 3,6 ug of cDNA were hybridized for 17 hr at 45C on GeneChip MouseGene2.0ST Array. GeneChips were washed and stained in the Affymetrix Fluidics Station 450.

GeneChips were scanned using Affymetrix GC3000 Scanner.
