For each sample, 1.65ug of Cy3 labeled cRNAs were fragmented and hybridized for 17 hours in a rotating hybridization oven.

Slides were washed and then scanned with an Agilent Scanner.

| Description |
Cells were grown in DMEM-F12 medium, supplemented with 10% Fetal Bovine Serum. 48 hour before treatments, cells were placed in DMEM-F12 medium supplemented with 10% charcoal-dextran-treated FBS. Cells were not treated or were treated with 100 nM dexamethasone for 6 hr.

| Data processing |
Data were obtained and processed with the Agilent Feature Extraction Software (v9.5). The Agilent Feature Extraction Software performed error modeling, adjusting for additive and multiplicative noise. The resulting data were imported into Rosetta Resolver (v7.1) and log2 intensities were exported.
