cDNA from BV173 cells was hybridized onto Human Clariom S Assay (Affymetrix) and cDNA from SUP-B15 was hybridized onto Human Gene 1.0 ST Array (Affymetrix) folowing the manifacturer instructions.

Arrays were scanned by using the Affymetrix Gene Chip Scanner 3000 using the Command Console Software.

Microarray data was analyzed by Expression Console, Transcriptom Analysis Console (Thermo Fisher Scientific) and GeneSpring Software (Agilent).
