Treatment protocol 1 x 10^4 TIME human MECs were co-cultured with either 2 x 10^4 primary ovarian CAFs or 2 x 10^4 normal ovarian fibroblasts (NFs) in Boyden chambers for 48 hours
Growth protocol Ovarian fibroblasts was cultured with medium M105/199 supplemented with 10% Fetal bovine serum and 1ng/mL Epidermal growth factor. TIME cells were cultured in endothelial cell growth medium-2 (Lonza). All cell types were cultured in a humidified incubator at 37C with 5% carbon dioxide.
Extracted molecule total RNA
Extraction protocol Total RNA extraction was performed using the Purelink RNA mini kit (Invitrogen) according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Label Biotin
Label protocol Sample labeling were performed using the Clariom D Pico Assay (Thermo Fisher) with 2ng of total RNA as input according to the manufacturer's instruction.
 
Hybridization protocol cRNA samples were hybridized for 16 hr on Clariom D human arrays according to the manufacturer's instruction. GeneChips were washed and stained in the Affymetrix Fluidics Station 450.
Scan protocol GeneChips were scanned using the GeneChip Scanner 3000 7G
Description Gene expression data from TIME cells co-cultured with normal fibroblasts
Data processing The data were analyzed with Microarray Suite version 5.0 (MAS 5.0) using Affymetrix default analysis settings and global scaling as normalization method.
