Extracted molecule total RNA
Extraction protocol 3-7 whole embryos were placed and pooled in RNAlater (Ambion), and the total RNA was extracted using mirVana™ miRNA Isolation Kit (Ambion) according to the manufacturer's instructions. The concentration and quality of the total RNA were assessed using a Nanodrop (Nanodrop) and Agilent 2100 Bioanalyzer (Agilent Technologies) respectively.
