Hybridization protocol |
Following fragmentation, 2.3 mg of fragmented and labeled ss-cDNA were hybridized for 16 hr at 45℃ on GeneChip Clariom S array, mouse. GeneChips were washed and stained in the Affymetrix Fluidics Station 400.

Scan protocol |
GeneChips were scanned using the Gene chip Scanner 7G, affymetrix.
