Basecalls performed using Zebracall process version 0.5.0.13875
Adaptors were trimmed and low quality reads were filtered to get clean reads, then mapped to mm10 genome using hisat2.
featureCounts program was used for reads summarization and Reads Per Kilobase of exon per Megabase of library size (RPKM) were calculated.
