Gene expression of WT mouse.
Raw data were used in vsn normalization. Normalized values were excluded from further analyses due to quality reasons and are not included here.

Image data analysis was performed using the Feature extraction software (v9.1). Detailed description of the protocols used is reported in each raw data file. Vsn normalization (glog - please note: ln) was performed using the vsn package in Bioconductor.
