Treatment protocol |
T24 cells were seeded in 6-well plates at 30% conference. After 24 h, cells were transfected with negative control siRNA or G9a siRNA using Lipofectamine RNAiMAX. Then, the cells were cultured for another 48 h and then prepared using Trizol.

T24 cells were maintained in RPMI 1640 medium containing 10% fetal bovine serum.

Following Fragment and Label Single-Stranded cDNA, 27ul of biotin-labeled ss-cDNA sample were hybridized for 16 hr at 45℃ on GeneChip Clariom S Human Array. GeneChips were washed and stained in the Affymetrix Fluidics Station 450.

Scan protocol |
GeneChips were scanned using GeneChip Scanner 3000 7G.
