Description |
The pHIV-7/Puro vectors (si-Luc to target luciferase gene and si-CypB to target CypB gene) were used to generate stable cell lines. Cells were treated with or without prolactin (PRL, 100ng/ml) for 2 hours.

The data was preprocessed by Bioconductor lumi package (version 1.5.11). It was vst transformed and rsn normalized.
