Label protocol |
The total RNA was subjected to cRNA synthesis followed by ssDNA synthesis using GeneChip WT Plus Reagent Kit (Affymetrix). The ssDNA (5.5 micrograms) was then fragmentated and biotin-labeled using GeneChip WT Terminal Labeling Kit (Affymetrix) according to the manufacturer's manual.

Labeled cRNA was hybridized for 17 hr on Clariom S Array (mouse) using GeneChip Hybridization, Wash, and Stain Kit (Affymetrix).

GeneChips were scanned using the GeneChip® Scanner 3000 7G.
