Description

Developmentally synchronized erythroid progenitor cells (EPCs) were prepared from splenocytes at 80,100 and 120 hours after Thiamphenical withdrawal (as stages I-III), and purified via MACS. Total RNA preparation, cRNA labeling and hybridization were performed according to recommendations by Affymetrix.
Here is 2nd replicate hybridization of stage III EPCs (Kit(-)neg/EpoR+ /Ter119+++/low FALS).
