Ileum were removed, flash frozen in liquid nitrogen, and RNA was harvested using Total RNA Miniprep Purification Kit (GeneMarkbio,Cat# TR01). cDNA was generated using random N6 primer followed by A-tailing. The adaptors were ligated to the A-tailed cDNA, then were amplified by PCR. The PCR products were heated to separate into single strand DNA which was cyclized with splint oligonucleotides to generate libraries.

Data processing |
Datasets were excluded owing to low-quality reads. Bowtie2 and HISAT were used to map clean reads to reference gene and genome respectively. Gene expression level (FPKM) is quantified by RSEM Genome_build: mm10 Supplementary_files_format_and_content: RPKM values or read counts of genes for each Sample
