B16-F10-luc-G5 melanoma cells (Xenogen) were subcutaneously injected into abdominal area of anesthetized mice. After 10 days, mice were euthanized and tumors were dissected.

1500 ng of each sample was hybridized to chips at 58 °C overnight (18 h) according to Illumina Whole-Genome Gene Expression with IntelliHyb -protocol, revision B

Chips were scanned with Illumina BeadArray Reader with default setting of the scanner.
