A Saccharomyces cerevisiae strain with PMI40 knockout (parent CEN.PK113-7A) was cultivated in an aerated batch with mineral medium initially containing 15 g/L glucose and 0.75 g/L mannose. Samples for gene expression measurement were taken 6 hours after inoculation. Replicate 1 of 3.
