Data processing |
Quality control (QC) was performed using the manufacturer’s software Transcriptome Analysis Console (TAC) v4.0 (Affymetrix Inc.), as per manufacturer's instructions (PCA, labeling controls, hybridization controls, Pos vs. Neg AUC, and Signal Box Plot) with no indication of outliers. Normalization was performed according to a Robust Multi-chip Analysis (RMA) approach.
