Treatment protocol |
Cell culture dishes of peritubular myoid cells were placed in 42℃ sterile water bath for 30 min and then put back in cell culture incubator. Cells were collected 1 hour and 6 hours after heat treatment.

Growth protocol |
The isolated PTM cells were cultured in DMEM/F12 containing 10% fetal bovine serum (FBS) at 37°C with 5% CO2.

Total RNA was extracted from the NC, H1, and H6 PTM cells using TRNzol (Tiangen, Beijing, China). RNA libraries were prepared for sequencing using standard BGI protocols
