Growth protocol Human ovarian cancer RMG1 and OVCAR3 cell lines were maintained in Dulbecco's modified Eagle's medium (DMEM) and Roswell Park Memorial Institute (RPMI) 1640 medium, respectively.
Extracted molecule total RNA
Extraction protocol Total RNA was extracted using ISOGEN reagent (Nippon Gene, Japan).
Label biotin
Label protocol Biotinylated cRNA were prepared according to the standard Affymetrix protocol from 150 ng total RNA.
 
Hybridization protocol Following fragmentation, 4 ug of cRNA were hybridized for 16 hr at 45C on Affymetrix GeneChip (Clario S Assay, human). GeneChips were washed and stained in the Affymetrix Fluidics Station 450.
Scan protocol The samples were scanned on a GeneChip Scanner 3000 7G (Affymetrix).

Data processing The microarray data were preprocessed with Affymetrix Expression Console software (build.1.2.1.20) using Affymetrix default Robust Multichip Analysis (RMA) sketch algorithm workflow.
