Description

Postnatal day 14 callosal projection neurons purified by fluorescence-activated cell sorting from murine (C57BL/6) cortex. RNA extracted using StrataPrep Total RNA Micro Kit (Stratagene). RNA amplified according to Affymetrix small sample protocol, using two consecutive rounds of linear in vitro transcription.
