Description

Culture of mouse MIN6 cells, infected with GFP control adenovirus, with 1hr forskolin (a cAMP agonist) treatment. RNA was extracted using the Qiagen RNeasy kit. Targets were produced using standard Affymetrix procedures from about 5ug of total RNA. 2 control and 2 forskolin treated samples from GFP virus infected cells, and 2 forskolin treated samples from ACREB virus infected cells were analyzed. Data was analyzed using dChIP software (www.dchip.org).
