Culture of mouse MIN6 cells, infected with ACREB adenovirus, with 1hr forskolin (a cAMP agonist) treatment. ACREB is a dominant negative form of the CREB protein. RNA was extracted using the Qiagen RNeasy kit. Targets were produced using standard Affymetrix procedures from about 5ug of total RNA. 2 control and 2 forskolin treated samples from GFP virus infected cells, and 2 forskolin treated samples from ACREB virus infected cells were analyzed. Data was analyzed using dChIP software (www.dchip.org). Keywords = MIN6, cAMP induced genes, forskolin, CREB target genes
