Sample GSM37488 Query DataSets for GSM37488
Status Public on Mar 02, 2005
Title HEK293T cells, Forskolin 2
Sample type RNA

Source name Human HEK293T cell line
Organism Homo sapiens
Extracted molecule total RNA

Description Culture of human HEK293T cells, with 1hr forskolin (a cAMP agonist) treatment. RNA was extracted using the Qiagen RNeasy kit. Targets were produced using standard Affymetrix procedures from about 5ug of total RNA. 2 control and 2 forskolin treated samples, and 2 forskolin treated samples from ACREB transfected cells were analyzed. Data was analyzed using dChIP software (www.dchip.org).
Keywords = HEK293T, cAMP induced genes, forskolin, CREB target genes
