Status Public on Mar 02, 2005
Title primary mouse hepatocyte, forskolin 0hr
Sample type RNA

Source name primary mouse hepatocyte
Organism Mus musculus
Extracted molecule total RNA

Description Primary hepatocytes were prepared from 8 week old male C57BL6/J mice. Forskolin, a cAMP agonist, was added to the medium and cells were collected at 0hr, 1hr and 4hr after forskolin treatment. Total RNA was extracted using the Qiagen RNeasy kit. Targets were produced using standard Affymetrix procedures from about 5ug of total RNA. Data was analyzed using dChIP software (www.dchip.org).
