Hybridization protocol Blocking Agent and Fragmentation Buffer (Agilent Gene Expression Hybridization kit) were added to the samples, and incubated at 60 C for 30min. GE Hybridization Buffer HI-RPM was added, and samples were applied to microarrays enclosed in Agilent 4x44K gasket slides. Slides were incubated at 65 C for 1 day, and washed sequential with Agilent Gene Expression Wash Pack, following manufacturer's protocol.
Scan protocol Scanned on an Agilent G2505A scanner.
Images were quantified using Agilent Feature Extraction Software (v 9.5.1.1).
Description Biological replicate 2 of 3. Partial bladder outlet obstruction. Treated twice a day with 18 mg/kg Eviprostat for five days.
Data processing Agilent Feature Extraction Software (v 9.5.1.1) was used for background subtraction and LOWESS normalization.
