Description |
GATA-1-deficient megakaryocytic cells G1ME were transduced with Banshee control vector or Banshee vector producing short hairpin RNA specific to mouse GATA-2 gene. The transduced cells were sorted based on GFP+ on the next day. Use Qiagen RNeasy Mini Kit.
