Description

7 day new born mice.
Cells were grown in DMEM/10%FCS for 7 days, media exchanged on day 2 and day 5.
From day 7 cells were grown in presence of Asc acid and bGP until day17.
Grow on 37 celsius.
Adiition of Asc acid and bGP.
10ug EXp100Pos were diluted in n/a solution.
Hybridized under 45oC in Affymetrix hyb oven for 16 h.
