Label protocol cRNA was amplified using the Ambion MessageAmp™ RNA Amplification Kit. Sample fragmentation, hybridization, washing and staining were performed according to Affymetrix Gene Chip Expression Analysis Technical Manual
 
Hybridization protocol Agilent Gene Expression Hybridization Kit was used . Micorarrays were hybridized in the Agilent 2545A hybridization oven according Agilent Two-color Microarray based gene expression analysis protocol
Scan protocol Microarrays were scanned on a GeneChip scanner 3000.

Data processing CEL files were loaded to the Refiner Array module of Genedata Expressionist software, submitted to quality inspection, classified and condensed using the MAS5 Affymetrix statistical algorithm.
