| Description |
Young growing oocyte-1 were derived from 6-8-week-old C57BL/6 mice. The oocytes were selected as the diameter of more than 60 um.

| Data processing |
The resulting images were quantified using Agilent Feature Extraction Software V 9.5. Exactly 100ng of total RNA were used for each samples. The signal =< 10 and negative were normalized to 0.
