Stat pairs The number of probe pairs that are associated with a given probe set.
Stat pairs used The number of probe pairs that were used as a basis for calculation of Value. For example, this number would reflect any probe pairs that were masked.
VALUE An overall estimate of transcript abundance for the particular sample. Signal values are roughly proportional to the amount of transcript present.
ABS_CALL A"call" of the presence or absence of expression of a transcript. This call indicates whether one can distinguish the signal against the background variability. P = present; M = marginal (ambiguous); A = absent.
DETECTION P-VALUE An indicator of the statistical significance of the "present" detection call. The lower the value, the greater the significance.
