Granulosa cells harvested from largest cohort follicles growing in the first follicle wave of the estrous cycle. Follicles were dissected from ovaries following slaughter of 4 Holstein cows at 1.3 days after wave emergence. Total RNA extracted from granulosa cells of the 4 follicles was pooled for generation of the SAGE library.
