Scan protocol Platforms were scanned using the Agilent G2505B Microarray Scanners.

Data processing Data were normalized using non-linear regression method (LOESS), and unsupervised hierarchical clustering was performed on log2(Hy3/Hy5); ΔLogMediaRatio > 0.50.
