Sample GSM4943203 Query DataSets for GSM4943203
Status Public on Apr 20, 2021
Title RNA-seq data of Rat replicate 2 sequenced by HiSeq X-ten
Sample type SRA

Source name Adipose tissue
Organism Rattus norvegicus
Characteristics breed: SD rat
tissue: Inguinal white adipose
age: 32-week-old
developmental stage: Adult
Sex: female
Extracted molecule total RNA
Extraction protocol Total RNA was extracted using the RNeasy Mini Kit (Qiagen).
We used an rRNA depletion protocol (Ribo-Zero kit, Epicentre) coupled with the Illumina TruSeq stranded RNA-Seq library protocol to construct the RNA-Seq libraries. All libraries were quantified using the Qubit dsDNA High Sensitivity Assay Kit (Invitrogen) and sequenced on HiSeq X Ten (Illumina) platform.

Library strategy RNA-Seq
Library source transcriptomic
Library selection cDNA
Instrument model HiSeq X Ten

Description TPM.rat.txt
SDC-iwat-pool-2-lnc
Data processing Gene-level expression was estimated as transcripts per million (TPM) using the high-speed transcript quantification tool Kallisto (version 0.43.0).
Genome_build: Rnor_6.0, Sscrofa11.1
Supplementary_files_format_and_content: genes expression level (TPM) text file
