Data processing |
The data were analyzed with Affymetrix Expression Console using Robust Mutichip Average (RMA) preprocessing followed by “per chip” normalization across all samples. All Affymetrix control genes were removed from the expression data and the remaining Affymetrix probe clusters were imported into the Affymetrix Power Tools software (APT package).
