Genomic DNA was isolated using AllPrep DNA/RNA Mini Kit (Qiagen) or Quick-DNA Microprep Kit (Zymo Research) according to manufacturer's instructions. Bisulfite conversion was performed with EZ DNA Methylation Kit (Zymo Research) or EZ DNA Methylation Gold Kit (Zymo Research).
