Growth protocol A subclone of mIMCD-3 cells was grown to confluency in Dulbecco's Modified Eagle Medium (DMEM). Extracted molecule total RNA
Extraction protocol Total RNA was extracted using RNeasy mini kit (Qiagen, Valencia, CA) with on-column DNase digestion according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
Label biotin
Label protocol Biotinylated cRNA was prepared according to the standard Affymetrix protocol from 1 ug total RNA (Expression Analysis Technical Manual, Affymetrix).
 
Hybridization protocol Fifteen micrograms of fragmented target cRNA per chip was used in duplicate hybridizations according to standard Affymetrix protocols (Affymetrix Genechip Fluidics Workstation).
Scan protocol Hybridized chips were read on an Affymetrix Scanner Type M10.
Description Gene expression data from mouse E12.5 microdissected ureteric bud stalk
Data processing Robust multichip analysis (RMA) was carried out using the Affymetrix microarray *.cel files. The RMA data were generated using RMA Express.
