A subclone of mIMCD-3 cells was grown to confluency in Dulbecco's Modified Eagle Medium (DMEM). Total RNA was extracted using RNeasy mini kit (Qiagen, Valencia, CA) with on-column DNase digestion according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
