Data processing
The data were analyzed with Microarray Suite version 5.0 (MAS 5.0) using Affymetrix default analysis settings and global scaling (target intensity = 500) for quality control. gcRMA ( justgcRMA function in bioconductor in R v.2.7.1) was run on all chips simultaneously to generate probe set signal intensities.
