Title |
5 dpl laser captured CCP replicate 1 |
Sample type |
RNA |
|
|
Source name |
Rat caudal cerebellar peduncle
|
Organism |
Rattus norvegicus |
Characteristics |
strain: Sprague Dawley age: 12 weeks at 0 dpl (days post lesion) tissue: caudal cerebellar peduncles time: 5 dpl (days post lesion)
|
Treatment protocol |
Rat caudal cerebellar peduncles (CCP) were demyelinated using 0.1 % ethidium bromide. The lesioned CCPs were selectively isolated from frozen brains using laser capture microdissections at 5, 14 and 28 days postlesion before RNA extraction and microarray analysis.

|
Data processing |
Data were filtered, removing any non expressed probes according to the detection p-value, then variance stabilization was applied and finally the data were normalised using quantile normalization.
