Data processing |
Data were processed using Genespring GX 10.0.2 (Affymetrix Technologies,Inc) . The raw data was summerized using RMA16 algorithm which is inbuilt in Genespring GX,followed by the log transformation, baseline transformation and finally quantile normalization. Normalized gene level expression values from Genespring software (Affymetrix)
