Treatment protocol |
Kc167 cells were diluted to 1x10^6 cells/ml in CCM3 media and plated in a 150mm culture dish. All samples were incubated for 72 hours, gamma-irradiated at 280 Gy, allowed to rest for 90 minutes, and then prepped for total RNA.

Growth protocol |
Kc167 cells were maintained in serum-free CCM3 media supplemented with 1:200 dilution of Penicilin-Streptomycin (Gibco) at 25 degrees C.
