Description 120h post transfection with anti HuR siRNA1
Data processing No adapter removal was performed. Raw reads were converted to fastq and mapped with TopHat, supplying ENSEMBL splice junctions. Resulting alignments were analyzed by cuffdiff to estimate changes in RefSeq gene model expression.
